Article IV Section 4. Quorum

Fifty(50) full voting members, present personally or by proxy, shall constitute a quorum at such meeting. If a quorum is not present at any meeting of members, a majority of the members present may adjourn the meeting from time to time without further notice.

2. Change in ownership of membership shares by corporation or business.

Article II Membership Section 4. (B) part 2.

A corporation or business may own up to eight(8)certificates of membership.

Said corporation or business shall from time to time designate in writing the individual or individuals who shall be authorized to attend membership meetings and vote on behalf of each certificate of membership so owned. Any individual so designated shall also be eligible to serve on the Board of Directors of the Club. Said corporation or business may also designate in writing from time to time up to five(5) individuals or families for each certificate owned from the employment roster of said corporation or business to be designated "users" shall be required to meet all the same eligibility, availability, rights and obligation requirements of that particular class of membership that has designated by these by-laws. Each individual or family designated by a corporation or business as a "user" of the Club shall be liable to the Club for the same dues, fees, assessments, monthly minimums, indebtedness and interest obligations of that particular class a membership that has been designated by these by-laws.
