Crab Stuffed Rainbow Trout - served with a lobster cream sauce.

Sliced Sirloin- roasted, carved and served with a mushroom bordelaise.

Lump Crab Cakes - served with a Dijon mustard and dill cream sauce.

Grilled Salmon - with pineapple salsa.

Broiled Tilapia - with dill and champagne sauce.

Sliced Roast Pork Loin - with natural gravy.

Chicken Saltimbocca - sautéed chicken breast topped with prosciutto, provolone cheese and served with lemon-caper sauce.

Chicken Francaise - sautéed chicken breast served with lemon butter sauce.

Chicken Vesuvio - sautéed chicken breast with wild mushrooms and a garlic-white wine chicken jus.

Roast or Fried Half Chicken - roasted chicken is served with natural chicken jus.

Cheese Lasagna - served with your choice of marinara, alfredo, or meat sauce. No starch is included with this dish.

Chicken, Broccoli with Alfredo Sauce - served tossed over bowtie pasta. No starch or vegetable included with this dish.
